Head light issue . Please help..
Hi ,is that 2 sets of Black , Red and Yellow for the indicators, and are the led resistors in the headlight and did the Hi and Lo beam match the indication on the panel, can you confirm the year of your bike, looked closer at this and your first post stating your bike is 93f2 , but it could be you have a 87-91 loom , the indicators for the f2 have 3 wires ,but you have only 2 is that correct,

resistors in head lights yes.
there are three cable for each indicator on the new headlight,& only two in the bike ...
this is the wiring diagram I've been going from if this helps...
Hi ,did you try Red -Headlight to the Lightblue Harness, and other indicator Red to Orange , and of course Black to Green, did the Hi/Lo beam correspond with panel indicator lights, got to find out indicator relay and resistors maybe need that other wire with the trace in for circuit and resistors

Sorry my fault , been checking out the wrong manual, yours is right , but leaves us with an extra wire (yellow) from the headlight, can you open up the back of the head light to see the wiring or is it sealed
still the flashers now don't work might have another look at that...
Hi , was hoping might see the Led Load resistors for the indicators, what have you connected so far with the indicators, and maybe swap over the Red and Yellow on the Headlight to see if the passing light will work on the head light
so indicators..
if I go red to orange & black to green, the indicator is on really dim, swapping the red & yellow does nothing, but if I touch the yellow on the black & green it's shorting out indicator flashes & works perfect but the cables getting hot ....
headache ...... bloody Chinese headlight
might miss the indicators off & put some external ones on now the headlight works..
Just had a thought ,that wire could be the Load resister which could be the bridge between Pos and Neg, but fix it securely, does it attach to the red in the indicator light in the Headlight

looks like they are three separate circuits as such two small circuit board for the indicators & separate for the headlight..
I thought it must have been a live the (yellow when connected to live (red) nothing connect to black ground, sparked a little on contact & when held together for a short period of time the cable started getting really warm let's say hot..
the headlight works a treat so think I'm gunna sway towards separate indicators at least for now...
got more than the headlight to contend with, but it's all fun & games...
thanks for all your help & advise so far
much appreciated...
