Default Fuel and Vacuum Hoses

Ok, So I'm going to be balancing my carbs this weekend, so need to pick up some Fuel and Vacuum hose so I can lift my tank out of the way.

To save me removing the tank (again) to measure the hoses and refit to go buy some, does anybody know the inside diameters of both the fuel and vacuum hoses?

standard auto vacuum hose will work. If you need them, they sell little plastic splicers to join lines together. Brass ones for the fuel lines. Look on ebay for remote fuel tank. Sometimes you can find one for around $30. Makes tuning up a lot easier than moving the main tank around.

on that remote fuel tank note, here is an idea that i have seen work very well... a transmission funnel with fuel line jammed into it, then an inline filter before the bikes supply line. just have to take some safety wire and hang it up...
