Talking Flywheel removal without the "special" tool

So I am currently rebuilding me engine on my 94 bike. I came to the part of the process of having to remove the Alternator rotor. After looking around to see if I had anything that might work, I noticed that the right hand, upper adjusting mount bolt(the one with the large allen) might possibly have the correct thread size. Well low and behold, it worked! Who knew Honda would have the tool needed right there in the bike itself.

Thought I would share my find, hope it helps someone in the future.

Does anybody know which bolt is being referred to here.

I'm trying to get this off as we speak and getting INCREDIBLY frustrated as I can get it off!!!!
My local garage are predicting a 14 day lead time on the toll and want £60 for it!!

So the part I am talking about is part of the upper engine mount assembly. There is a long bolt that goes the frame, the head of the bolt will be on the left side and there will be the nut on the right. If you take that out, you will see a part that has an allen/hex key in it that the bolt mounting bolt goes through. Take that part out and it should fit the flywheel to remove it.

Hope this helps.

got it, its a 20mm bolt with a 1.5 pitch thread that you need to pull the flywheel , I picked up a Bike Master brand part number 150614 "flywheel puller", it was 12.95 at Road Rider here in San Jose, I did get the first flywheel off that is on the bike with a Harbor tools 14 piece gear puller kit but it didnt do the trick with the extra motor that Im getting the other flywheel from, so I bought that puller bolt, greased up the end and the threads, put a 21mm long handle box end wrench and tightened it by hand, put a slight force on it with my foot and POP! came right off, I shoulda' went to road rider first!

My bad, I misread the explanation so I guess my photo is irrelevant.

Actually I meant where the 20 mm screw is located on the bike itself but whatever

No, I know that's what you meant but I took a photo of the wrong bolt. I thought it was another bolt.
