Wonder what the current status is...

 

So do I. I also wonder if theres anybody else that has done this swap that could fill in the blanks. I recently bought another F2 frame, yet I'm so ****ing sick of carbs.. :-/ Plus F4i motors are cheap and theyre e v e r y w h e r e!!

 

I could have gotten 1/4 of an F4i motor for what I paid for the parts to fix my F2

 

I'm about 90% sure that post on fireblades is a fake.

The reason I say that is because he posts a link to "his" f4i/RR fairing conversion which actually belongs to a member here, dementedf3.

Think that dude may have been full of it. Also notice how he doesn't have any pics of the build in progress or completed??

 

IIRC, the guy specificly said he didnt do the swap and that the link wasnt his swap.. 'just sayin'
