Talking F2 turn signal problem, I NEED HELP!!!!

okay bought an f2 and the previous owner decided to cut the turn signals out completely and now i am stuck w/o turn signals. I have found the wires for the rear signals but havnt been able to find the front ones, have no idea where to start looking. Also was wondering where on the harness is the relay for the signals as i suppose it needs to be replaced as nothing happens when i hit the signal switch. Should i get a whole new harness or should it be a simple fix? Any input is greatly appreciated, thanks guys!

usually the lights won't blink if both turn signals aren't hooked up. I would save the relay for last to replace, i have a feeling it won't need touched. The front lines are behind the headlight. They plug into the long strip with all the plugs. You can get them usually for 19 each brand new. If you found the rears the fronts are easy to find. I think the connector colors are green on the right and red on the left side. They are on both ends of the long bar. one you pull the headlight you'll see what i'm talkiing about. Hook all the turn signals up then hit the button and see what happends before you replace the relay. Hope this helps man.

yeah my friend i'm with Michwolv60, look behind the headlight you must have all the plug wire in the fairing, try to find 2 plugs with this color.

1.- Orange - Orange with white stripe - Green
2.- Light Blue - Light Blue with white stripe - Green

those are for the front turn signals. the solid color wires are for the blinks 21watts, the wire with stripes are for warning 8watts and the green is for ground, or maybe you only find 2 plug with:

1.- orange - green
2.- light blue - green.

This config had my bike i dont have the warnings, only turn signals.

If you find it check voltages, and if am i right i remember light blue is for left and orange for right, you must see the service manual, in there you can get the wire system.

My friend, those rear wire are you need to fix the rear turn signals, in my post i wrote "i remember light blue is for left and orange for right" but it's not correct, the correct order is the orange wire is for left side and light blue is for right
The brown is for the license plate, your flasher relay is dead definitely, you need get a new one.
But i can't see if you have the 2 plugs in the front on the fairing stay, try to find it, rememer orange, light blue, green, orange/white stripe and light blue/white stripe.
Also Check in the fuse box the 15 amps blue fuse, if it's break replace it.

And for the ziptie forget it, its better than American gray Tape, lol

Cheers
