Default F2 header information

Hey Im looking at a set of headers of a f2 in my town. I noticed they are 4 into 1 rather than 4 in 2 in to 1 like my f3. If this one is 4 into one I can assume its aftermarket right?

Also is there any reason I shouldnt use f2 headers on my f3?

91-98 all run the same headers.
4 into 1 will give you more top end power but you'll lose a little down low.

no stock is 4>2 then 2>1.

My Vance & Hines setup is 4>1, but that doesn't mean that's what you're looking at.
