Clip-on angle
Is there a prescribed angle that the clip-ons should be angled away from the triple tree? Or do I just angle them back as far as I can without them hitting the sides of the fuel tank? Just wondering because my throttle cables grind against my temp. gauge bezel when I put the bars all the way to the left. Anyone else have this problem?
ha thats exactly what ill do, I try to stay organized and label the bolts or put them in an organizer, and almost every project i do involves 10 "extra" bolts... my bike someday will lose a wheel or something special. But on the positive, my spare bolts bin is getting quite large.
Well, as it turns out, I was wrong. Those little screws meant nothing. They weren't even close to where the holes to align them to were.
What I ended up doing is putting the originals on top of the aftermarket units and lining them up that way. They look and work great now.
