CBR F2 HELP fast

92 Cbr F2 26000 miles, runs fine above 6grand. Under that it stumbles while giving it gas. Any suggestions on what to look for, need quick info!!!

Well it was the carbs being dirty, pulled out and built another set and put on there and ran like a champ, only issue is it idled up and down between 18 and 23
