Ill try that and see if I can get any response.....I bought the motion pro sync tool

 

Just remember the sync tool is to balance the butterfly openings. You will also need a very sensitive tach to properly adjust everything. Once the carbs are balanced then you need to go through and adjust the mixture screws to the proper specs based on RPM. 4 turns out is the mixture screws. Not sure if your new tool will help you with your problem. I do know specs are something like 2 turns out.

 

I understand all of that but it seems that 4 turns out is a bit much like its compensating for another problem.
