Carb Diaphragms
The time has come for a complete rebuild / clean of my carbs, the bikes always been fluffy just off tickover but now I have intermittent petrol leaks from carb 2's float bowl and from the o rings.
After a 3 hour wrestling match I managed to get the damn'd things off the bike - that's 4 new boots required, but my question to the panel concerns replacement diaphragms.
I can get a set of China's finest for about £10 or I can go for a set from Germany (apparently made by Motoraad) which will set me back about £85. Has anyone tried either?
I must admit that the thought of cheap Chinese replicas worries me but it's a huge mark-up for something I don't know will be any better.

That makes sense. That way the most I lose is £10 of they do turn out to be rubbish.
OK, you've convinced me :-)
