Default Cam Chain Tensioner- Replacement?

Going through my newly purchased 94 to ensure reliability. Bike runs very well and has 15,000 miles on it. I have read the various posts regarding CCT failures but mine seems fine at this time. Regardless, I am wondering if at this mileage it would be adviseable to just replace?

I dont see why you would replace if its not making noise, but you could just replace it with a manual tensioner.

If it isn't making noise, I wouldn't bother with it.
