I used this for my tach.
Amazon.com: Actron CP7677 Automotive TroubleShooter - Digital Multimeter and Engine Analyzer: Automotive

but at $40, you are close to the $120. It's up to you whether you want to learn to do it yourself through trial and error (and end up with a new Multimeter) or have someone else do it for the $120. Really depends on you.
you can get a laser tach online for 15 bucks including S&H

I'm curious, what would you measure? Everything that rotates would be concealed, right?

I needed a multimeter anyway.

The two hoses on either side of the middle hose aren't even on my bike. As far as I know in the second pic those vent tubes just sit there and do nothing. There is no place even in my air box to hook up. The middle hose goes to the breather at the back of the air box. the hose is probably got an L shaped bend in it and it just slides on when the airbox goes back on.

none of the hoses from the airbox are required to be hooked up when doing adjustments. The bike will wrun without the airbox on there at all.
