A 403 error is usually a result of trying to access a resource, but not having the appropriate permissions to do so - an authentication issue.
You have these in dropbox I guess? Anyway, YOU have permission to access the page where the image is, because it's your account, but we will not be able to see it... I don't use dropbox, but I did hear somewhere, sometime, that they no longer support "public folders".

Try creating a free account on an image hosting site - I use Flickr, which is where the above photos are hosted - there's also Photobucket, and many others.

 

Man I'm so sorry for anyone who as looked and found no pic. With the help of JNSRacing I think I have the pic up now if not I'm sorry and I will stop.

 

Don't sweat it man, and anyway, SHAZAM!! You're pic is now visible!!
