GSX-R from '86 to K4 is the same - for this bike model I am sure, but I thing and K8 is same .........
................Yep if you have a chance use some machine or have a good professional - need only print and make and after set on your bike

Your creativity is inspiring, however, I really fear for your safety when I look at your welding.

I mean this without offense, and this is coming from a professional background... I would not trust my life and limb with your welding, I hope that none of those welds fail on you when you are at speed, it could be the end of you.

Do not worry about what they see - in the weld made motorcycle, all welds are the most common compounds of two metal. If you mean "welding" the axis (the tube) of CBR to Triple clamp of ZXR - no need to worry about everything is executed step by step based on engineering technology and cold metals, prefabricated and demountable joints - though I am engineer automotive electronics and electrical engineering with additional specialist mechanical engineer - And yet what has been done has been tested and verified by ultrasound APRA to check the weld and then the real test of the race track - although this is only one place to ensure weld compound of tolerance for tempering after piling detail on both pressure from 15 t press - This seam was made only for my mental peace while it is completely unnecessary on the basis of calculations: Mechanics, Dynamics, Statics and Strength of Materials ..........
Anyway - motorcycle soon to be completed on 10.04.2010 will be the first test of the final frame with almost 100% stock engine because it has not yet arrived bearings for the new 637cc engine

Were the ninja forks a direct swap? If not, what kind of rake/trail or triple clamp adjustments did you need to make?
