old vs new 600s
same mods, newer will win (newer ones just have more power and are lighter), bike to bike. In drag racing tho alot has to do with the rider/driver as much as it does on the bike/car.
Most new 600's have as much power as the old 1k's. f3 vs a RR, again bike to bike the f3 hasnt got a chance.
Far as carbs vs EFI, debatable, I learned on carbs, but EFI has alot more tunability w/o actually having to tear everything down.

word....new is new and old is old...i ran 7.80 on the f2 in the 8th...wasnt doggin it off the line but still made good solid passes i think

63 torque - something has been done to the bike... 40-45 is where I'd expect most 600s to be.
F3 100hp at the crank - maybe... perhaps that's why the big torque number? Otherwise it is very not stock.

100 hp is at the crank and so is the 115 for the 600rr....the hp to the rear wheel is 85 for the f2 and a 100 for the 600rr
100 down to 85 = 1.25
65 down to 45 = 1.625x
That means more torque was lost as a ratio than horsepower... a lot more.
I realize that HP is torque-rpm so that makes some sense... just surprised me to see that big a jump. I'd have to get a piece of paper out to work out the max hp and max torque rpms.
