Backdoc, you get your parts yet? Hopefully everything works out well for you and you'll get motivated down the track in the times your happy with.
I still have that spare rear rim and sticky drag tire

Not yet. The parts are due to be delivered sometime today. I just found the chain I was looking for last night. I run 520 sprockets and had been looking an EK 520 ZZZ 150 Link Chain for a good price. Got one on Ebay last night for 1/2 price shipped. This chain is stronger than most 530's and weighs about 1.5 lbs less.

I am going to wait a couple more weeks before installing the extensions. I have been getting faster each week and want to see just fast I can run with my current setup. I have been using a Hook-up rear tire for about a month and my launches have been getting better. Had a 1.72 60ft last friday night in eliminations and rolled out early because I had the guy beat and still broke out running a 6.80 off an 86 slowing down 6mph. This pass would have been low 70's if I had not lifted. I want to try for 1.6x's 60 ft and 6.60's before installing the extensions.

I went back to Bristol Dragway last week and ran my fastest times. Since being there in June I stretched my bike nearly 9" and lowered the gearing to -1/+5. First pass was a 10.07@135mph all motor. I have a 40 shot of nitrous now but didn't get to use it that night because we got rained out. This week I plan to run some high 9's in the 1/4 mile. Check out the video of the runs below from last week.

Last night I ran a 10.02@134 on motor and a 9.72@141 spraying from second gear to finish.

Nice, way to get into the 9's man. Congratulations. I'm sure you'll be there on all motor, too, really soon. 10.02 is an awesome time. I'd love to get to the track sometime. It seems like so much fun

New best time of 9.69@143.66MPH today. Can't wait to get to a faster track where launches are better because I know it will run mid to upper 9.50's.
