Default high polish

Does anyone know the correct way to high polish swing arm? Im not quite sure on what types of sandpaper grid I need and other tools to properly get the job done right but i would like to attemt to do it myself and save money. any great suggestions please let me know, thanks...

i was goin to do that also but i found out the swingarm is steel so if you do polish it you have rust all over it. but if you still wanna go wit search it keyword polish. should come up with polish rims and such then lookin under that post , should have everything for you
