I started taking off one of the bigger decals and it came off with a blow dryer but the sticky part of it is really stuck..used goofoff and wd40 nothing happened? what can i use without messing up paint?

Also when i spray n wash the bike can i get the water like up where thge handlebars are and by the radiator? Can i use car wax on the plastics too? thanks

the water and wax shouldnt hurt it, as for the sticker i use goo gone and a hair dryer. Also i usually try to convince the lady to pick at it with her fingernails.
