Why is it leaking?

Unless it's been damaged you can just rebuild with new seals.

I can't seem to find a rebuild kit anywhere and the local Honda dealership is shady. If you can point me in the direction of a rebuild kit that would be awesome.

I think the seals dried up because the bike has been sitting so long. After messing with it and putting it back in its spot is now just drips.

I couldn't find rebuild kits anywhere but ebay and they are starting at $35 while I can buy another caliper for $25. I was just hoping somebody had a known good caliper before I bought an entire unit off of ebay. I would rather take the risk on another caliper than have to spend the time rebuilding mine. I'm lazy that way.

Then you probably will end up with a $25 caliper that needs a $35 rebuild kit.

Swapping the seals on a brake caliper is such an easy job I wouldn't call it a job at all. Just pull the piston, clean insides, change seals, reassemble, done.
