Well, I just bought the wrong part for my bike. I'm looking for the cowl part (or parts) that cover up the fuses and whatnot up front. I'd be willing to trade plus some cash or just sell the air induction if you don't have any extra covers. It's in great condition. Looking to get what I paid for it, $28 shipped OBO Item is in San Francisco.

So the one you have is for the 87 or the one you need is for an 87?

 

Both. The air induction I have is for an 87 and the covers I'm looking for are for an 87. I mistakenly thought that the fuses were covered by an air inductor, like my Ducati. I guess they're covered by some plastic bits. I should have checked first

What you are looking for is called an infill panel.
The one for the 87/88 looks like this............

The air inductors connect the air louvres on the sides of the bike to the airbox on the carb
