saw this in a local ad it says--90 honda cbr1000f hurricane 25k miles new powdercoated rims ,exhaust,rebuilt carbs,new chain and sprockets and tires, recovered seat,clean bike,tank and rear tail fairing painted flat black,bike needs rest of plastics painted and reinstalled.he is asking $1500.00 for bike

Saw it , wasn't something that exactly grabbed me for 1500 though maybe like a K to me and that's a big MAYBE

 

went and looked at bike very nice shape needs fairings and front fairing painted and reinstalled bike is all there and runs great how did you see it he said i was the first to look at it?

 

Believe I "read" saw it out on Craigslist .....in fact I know I did.

Anyway paid 2k for mine in super pristine condition so I suppose
I judge every other one by that value ......but that's just me !

yep got lucky but part of it was I knew the seller very well and had
done some work for him in the past (saved his *** actually) so there
was a hidden value to it I guess

 

that cbr sold for 1650.00 on ebay the other day...
