Hello lady and gentlemen,
Wanted to share some info on my bike. It is a 2003 954rr I bought for $2500 in need of some TLC. Here is how she sits now, it Has the following powder coated rims , calipers, swing arm, swing arm mount, rear sets, passenger sets, upper triple tree, and rear shocks springs. The following parts have been replaced/upgraded chain, levers, stainless steel brake lines, tires, brake pads/seals/rotors, air filter, new fairings,mirrors, frame sliders, windscreen , and rental grips.
Ended up repairing/rebuilding shocks and pretty much all the bearings on the bike.
My build thread is in the 954rr section and I'll post a link to it here.

Here is my 2001 cbr f4i. havent done much to it as of yet, but theres much more to come.
its definitely a nice upgrade from my F3, loving the FI. hoping to turn it into a track bike within the next couple years
mods so far:
full yoshimura exhaust
shory levers
heavy bar ends
light smoke db windscreen
braided brake lines
corbin seat
progrip gel hand grips
shogun frame sliders
mods to come:
power commander w/ dyno tune
quick shifter
rebuilt shock
cartridge kit for the front forks
currently working on a dashcam.
