why does the sticker on my 954rr read 900cc??

i have 2 954's 02 and 03 its just a class that honda kept it in if u go to online parts catalog u will find 929 and 954 as an 900 class upto 03. i.e motogrid.com.
i disagree to baja the displacement on 954 is actually 954cc's if u want take a look on the clutch sideon upper case by cylinder it should say the engine displacement on it. i.e if its a 954 motor it will say 954 or a 929 motor will show 929.
i think uptill 03 cbr's like 929rr and the ultimate 954 was cosidered a 900 class cauz the displacement was notenoughto higher 00 to round off. let say hayabusa is known as 1300 but its not, the actual cylinder displacement is close to 1297 or 1298 and manufacturers just rounded it off and sticker says 1300. thats what most of the manufacturer's do.
