whooped buy a 636
i know my 929 will beat my brothers 636. also try shifting without the clutch. just put some pressure on the shift lever and blip off the throttle then get into your gear and back on the throttle in a nice smooth motion. that should deffinetly help you.
I had a kawasaki zx6r andI own a 954rr and I would have to say that little 600 was a bad ***. The only difference I can tell between the 2 are torque. Itis alot easier to launch a 600 than the 954. I could launch the 600 like a dirt bike. I am not that good with the 954 everytime I launch hard the thing wants to wheely and I have to back off.
well i raced him again and the same thing happend except when we hit third i pulled on him hard he was right next to me up till then but i guys when i shifted into third last time it was way early...but he let me ride that bike and the powerband on that bike is strong it is a fast little bike....but he didnt get me this time....
This dude I ride withhas a 636. I have to admit: That bike is fast! It is noticably lighter(as a 600 should be) but man it really takes off! Both the 636 and the 600rr's really surprise me. You have to hand it to those newer 600's, they are really damn quick!
Couple guys I ride withhave a 06' 636 anda 06'600rr, while both are quick and nimbleI have no issues pullingeither stop light to stop lightor on the freeway at top speed!Rode the rr the other day and it felt like riding a cheap pit bike compared to my 954
