What tire pressures do you guys run front and rear?
I just picked up my 954RR today and the turn-in feel was extremely sluggish compared to my other motorcycle, which surprised me. I rode it home and made it safely, then checked the tire pressures as soon as I could and was horrified to find that the front had about 10 pounds of pressure in it. So, naturally that will explain the unbelievably poor steering feel.
What pressures do you guys run front and rear on your 954s? I believe I have stock sized tires (noticed a 120 on the front) but will double check if that makes a big difference. Thanks in advance!

The irony is that I was a bit shaken by how unstable my 954RR felt so it was somewhat of a relief (after the initial horror wore off due to safety reasons) to find out that the pressure was so far off. I'm sure the bike is going to feel a hell of a lot better on my next ride!

What kind of tires are on the bike? Some tires turn in all by themselves and other are stubborn. I had pirelli corsa 3's on my buell and they did not like to lean over. Switched to Michelin pilot power 2ct's and they are the complete opposite. I have regular pilot powers on the 954 and they turn in easier than the pirellis, but not quite as quick as the 2cts.
I usually run 35psi front and rear on both my bikes.

I run 34/34 in Michelin Pure's and so far they feel great.

Your regular PP's are the same tire as the 2CT so turn in should be the same. Only difference is the softer compound near the edge of the 2CT. The center compound and profile are the same. Most riders are confused by this and buy the 2CT and never get to the egde of the tire to even use the softer compound.

I can almost feel when I get to the softer rubber on the 2ct's. I swear it feels like the rear gives a little. Even in the mountains of NC, I could not use all of the 190/50/17 on the Honda. I had the 2ct's to the edge here in Florida!
