Look at the political side of it. If states didnt have state inspections, think of how many people would drive with blown lights, bald tires etc... Not saying I agree with it, but I understand.

I agree with it 100%, If its not safe it shouldnt be on the road...
Cars less then 2 yrs old are $10 (safety ins.)
cars 2 or more are $35 (safety and emmision)
Bikes $6
all 3 expire every year
