hey so i took my fairings off to start painting them.. then i noticed what looked like a throttle cable loose.. so i went to see where it came from but it lead into a ****load of other lines.. and i noticed this piece on the left side of my bike which looks like that cable goes to.. anyone know what that is?? and do i need it?? cuz i've been riding around for a WHILE before i noticed that.. oh and it looks like theres somekind of hose that goes into it but its blocked off? somekind of mod?

This is the servo motor that controls the flapper in your airbox and the htev in your exhaust. There should be 3 cables coming to it. One for airbox and 2 for exhaust. If your bike has flapper mod to airbox or full exhaust some of the cables are unhooked for that reason.

 

If it ain't broke, don't fix it.
