Thermostat change
The service Dept. of my local shop called today. They're servicing my 954. I know. I know. I should be doing it myself. I change the oil myself. Give me a break.
Anyway, the shop is flushing the radiator (recommended at 24K) and bleeding the breaks and replacing the fluid. They wanted to know if i wanted to change out the thermostat. "There's nothing wrong with yours", the guy says, "we just wanted to know if you wanted to change it out." Itwas onlygoing to cost about $50.00 or so. But, if it ain't broke.....? Right? Anyone heard ofthis? Should i have had them swap it out?
