Default suspension mods ?

looking for a upgrade to the suspension good for use on public streets but still potent for track riding, gmd computrac seems to offer the nicest front fork set up but who to go w/ for rear penske ? not having much luck looking around on my own. i am 5'7" 210 lbs planning on comming down to 195 lbs. the 954 is the worlds most impressive thing to ever hit two wheels it just really lacks something in the suspension. need some feedback from some moto gp guys

Default RE: suspension mods ?

i installed a penske rear shock(not the high$ version)-when i sat down on the bike,i
noticed the improvement immediately, before i was unable to feel the suspension at all!!
if you do install a aftermarket shock-either penske/ohlins-i would rec respringing/revalving
the forks-you will have a new bike
see thread(in this section)"experienced rr rider advice needed...."-i put a couple
of links for fork work.
suspension mods should be first,i keep hearing questions-to the effect-what can i do to
beat a '06-model bike?,for me-not the motor-start with the suspension-get the power
that the bike has at the current time to the ground-you will then find-that alot bikes are
unable to exploit the usable power that they have-as the suspension-is working double-time
duty!!-good question/topic "suspension mods"---"DO IT"
