Ok, I can't find a black tank in decent shape. I don't want to spend $500 on a new tank, so I was thinking of painting my current silver tank (excellent cond.) to black, along with my upper fairing. If a get a new upper fairing ($200), that'll total my cost to make my bike completely black to $700.

I was thinking of buying the new tank and front cowl ($700), and selling my ones I have now, but I'll probably get around $200 for the tank and $125ish for the upper fairing), which will bring my cost down to around $475ish.

My question is...
Does anyone know a place that will do a damn good job on the tank and front fairing, without spending that kind of money?

 

Thats a tough one, any place good is gona cost some coin, unless you got a buddie in the business
