Default PLEASE HELP FAST Tranny rebuild 954RR

Ok i am rebuilding my tranny in my 2002 954 RR second gear is slipping into neautral. all other gears work.
I have already bought all new shift forks. both second gears. and both sixth gears.
What else should i replace when im in there. what gaskets do I need? I only got one side cover gasket. they said the other was machine fit. does the oil pan need a gasket? Please help fast as im trying to do this rebuild this weekend and need to order all parts overnight shipping. Thank you all who take time to read this.

2007 newest stunter KNTMARE!

I'm not sure why only one cover would need a gasket while the others would be silicone only. My 1000rr has no gaskets on the side covers. But since you're in there, you might want to replace the gearshift oil seal and the clutch push actuating lever oil seal in the clutch cover. You can go to the dealer or check out ronayers.com. Both of these places will have a microfiche to give you a definite answer on the gasket situation.

You will need to pull your motor, flip it over, split your case. You possibly may have to have bearings pressed off and on the shafts just to get to the gears, may need new bearings. So both side cover (if they use them), oil pan and what ever the case calls for. Personally I would replace every seal I could while I had it opened up.

Have you looked the manual over, section 12 might give you a better picture of what you are facing....
