I would think 120 is good; not like it is a 20 degree winter start on your car where everything has to expand and contract. I usually go once it starts reading unless its really warm out; mostly just wanting oil to get to everything before putting the load on.

i usually let a number display on the display before rollin out, not to fond of startin it and rollin if the display shows -- i like to let my baby get the juices flowin before i take advantage of her!

i agree she needs to be well lubricated before i jump on her back side...

hang on - the worst thing you can do for a vehicle is let it idle with low oil preasure...
the best thing you can do is start it, put your helmet on, ride easily for the first few miles to let it warm up. This maintains higher oil preasure and still won't harm the bike
