Hi All
I'm haven't owned a bike in about 8 years. I can't wai to pickup my 2002 red/black 954 next week. First question. Any major tune up items? Bike was well maintained. Is 5100 a fair price in oregon with a clean title?

sounds like a winner to me.
personally i'd change all fluids and do a routine check so that i knew it was actually done.
good price also.

i agree, look over the whole bike and change the fuilds and air filter if needed, just so you can keep in mind the intervals and status of eveything, on a rainy weekend take it apart a bunch and take a look at it, after that, enjoy one of the best bikes ever made!
