i have heard that once you go synthetic you cant go back to non without damaging the engine? any truth to this?

it's not a good idea... but you can, no point.. once u pick a oil, stick with it, same brand, type, weight, etc

I just did the oil change andused amsoil. the bike had 4000 mi when I bought it so I think I willuse amsoil only from now on.
