Default newby with a 954rr

I know I'm probably in the wrong section I have an 02 cbr 954 rr I pushed it a little to hard I think. it gets hot really fast now and kind of sounds like a tractor with no power .no smoke or milk shake but definately not right starts right up idles nice .to me it feels like I blew a head gasket .but coolant still good and topped off low on oil though.it kind of feels like fuel pressure regulator again but its getting to 228 degrees.if someone can give me a little advice I thank you...

Welcome aboard.

Sorry about the problems you're having w/ your 954. Post up your question in the 954 section for more specific 954 readers.

Good luck!

I'll move it over the '54 section and see what you get.

228 cruising down a deserted road or sitting in traffic? It should stay around 180 at speeds over 50mph, assuming no traffic and it's not 110 in the shade.

I'd make sure your thermostat is working correctly and the water pump. Also pull the spark plugs or atleast make sure they are all still in their respective holes.
