new set of tires this week
I get about 1500 miles out of my tires. I abuse them bad though.
About the qualifiers staying warm:
I do not believe this. I think they cool down way to fast. Just sitting at a light and they are already cold. I run them on my roadstar warrior because they are the only tire rated for that bike that I know of without research. Its a cruiser that has almost no lean angle. The back tire breaks out in turns when I am accelerating. It is so annoying.

I dunno ... I guess it's all about where you live too... down in Georgia I think maybe the roads stay warmer as I never have a problem with them cooling down once it gets warmed up
As far as breaking out the rear goes, I'm not gonna say that's never happened...but I figured that would happen on any tire with a 1k and enough wrist

well i am in texas...30 min from dallas...so it stays pretty warm...lol uesterday was 78....today its 10am and already 72....i know...some of you northern folk are like...bastards....but i lived in detriot for 10 years....so i know how you feel....as far as my experince with dunlop i thought it was the 208's that would break out from underneath.....208's are the stock tires that they place on the bikes...right? DQ's are supposed to be better
Cant vote if there is not a "neither" bubble. I like conti attacks, but if i want to get alot of miles outta a tire ill go with the conti forces. Dont care for the pilots or metzer cause it seems like a few burnouts later the metal is showin!

Dunlop is an awesome tire... go to any race school in the US and see what tires those bikes are wearing... it's the DQ

I have a buddy that rides Shinkos on a lowered, stretched Busa. I told him he was crazy for having that dookie on his bike.

I know man. It was a nice bike besides that tho. Stretched, lowered, all chrome, led's all over. When I saw those tires I was like WTF Man? He told me they lasted for a long time, and he loved to do burnouts. I tried to convince him to get some name brand tires, but he wouldnt budge. Because of the shorty pipes he had on there, he couldnt lean the bike anyway. His loss! Now VP, get your *** back on and tell me about this Repsol!!!!
haha well it's the SINGLE MOST BADASS BIKE ON THE PLANET... and it's rollin on Pirelli's right now that I freakin hate... I feel like I can't lean sideways for crap (but maybe I'm just getting used to the HSED dampner)
The D&D slip on sounds like a VTwin for some reason... it's really different than the 954 even though it's still an inline 4... I just thought it would sound the same
