heres a pic from my phone
my phone sucks! ugh. um with this pic ill try to explain it as best as i could. I am looking at the back of my bike and i see 3 holes. Is there something i can buy that connects to the 3 holes that can connect to a license plate? Chicago cops are strick and i dont want to give them a reason to stop meh!

You can buy one of the inspection plate holders (usually around 5-10 bucks at any motorcycle shop) and mount it that away. Underneath the brake light bolted to the undertail and under the seats. Simple quick and very visible.
You could also purchase some L shaped brackets from home depot or lowes and mount it the exact same way.
You could use the bolt holding the chain gaurd on the swingarm and bolt it there with one bolt.
Ive bought a hose clamp big enough to mount it to the exhaust.
There are many possiblities, and simple ones too.... just get creative.

hey, i couldn't exactly tell by your picture, but im pretty sure that you have the same situation as me. all you need to do is go to home depot, and get a 7in. piece of aluminum stock. you can connect that to the tail section where your turn signals used to go, and then drill two holes on the end to connect the plate. i've attached a pic to show you what i mean. if you look closely, you can see the aluminum stock right behind the plate.
