damn dude...
i feel like that's just going to snap if you try to bend it back. gut the subframe (wiring harness, battery box, light, etc), buy a new one, bolt it on, re-load all the goodies.
they're on fleabay for $200. i know that costs more than bending it back yourself on the weekend in your garage, but i'm not really sure that can be saved man. i'm pretty sure you'll snap it.
do you have a way to substantially heat it? do you have an o/a torch?

there's no harm in messaging him and seeing if stealthcbr929 is still selling it though.
edit - o, and that midpipe doesn't seem to be too bad - but i can't tell how far that pinch is in - so maybe it is bad. you'll have a little bit more backpressure now. how does it run? if you're really worried about it - i have one that i'm not using - it's all good and straight. i could get it to you for real cheap - shipping will suck - but if you're interested - pm me your zip and i'll see how much it'd cost to ship it to you.
sucks about the gauges - so long as it still works, i wouldn't worry too much. you could get a tinted windscreen - that would probably help

yeah that would be cool man!! zip code is 50613. yeah i had a tinted windscreen on there but for some reason it still got hot enough to melt it. im just worried about the needle melting down more and having the two pieces fall down. ill have to get a new windscreen anyways since i cracked mine thanks for all the help man. you know whats up!!
