Default Need help with electrical problem.

Well here is the problem,my 03 954 keeps blowing the instrument panel and tail light fuse. The strange part is that it only blows the fuse when going over heavy bumps or I accelerate very fast from a start or over 9k rpm's.This is what I have done so far,I have checked the wires for any shorts, shake the wires while engine is running to see if I can duplicate any movement that might cause the short.Anybody else have any suggestions on what else it can be?Has anybody had this problem?

Do you have a wiring diagram for this year and model. I don't have one, but I do know electrical. Does one fuse cover both of those electrical circuits, or is it two different fuses that are blowing independantly of each other ? If same fuse, the use the wiring diagram to find wire color that is down stream of that fuse and trace that wire through the harness. Something somewhere is pinching or rubbing on that wire. If it's two different circuits, then use the wiring diagram to see where the two circuits may be close to each other and check the harness in those areas.

Either way, your symptoms are surely a short to ground and being caused by the vibration. Hope this helps.

Yes I do have a wiring diagram and yes they both share the same fuse.I have already traced the wires but can't find the short.I guess I'll have to look harder.
