i was woundering if someone knew the steps about making my pipe into a stubby i am just gonna buy a two bros slip and work from there i want it to look like the new gsxr's where they come out and end at. Thanks

depends on how you want it to look, but the basic idea to to start cutting stuff. not really that hard.
