Default mushy front brake lever

hi all -i just did my front brake pads and replaced the fluid -brake lever is set at no 1 and still is a little mushy after the initial pull -i blead the brakes 3 times but still a little to spongy for me any ideas thanks mike.......

Bleed them again - there's still air in the system.

the air is trapped in the mastercylinder, you have to prime it first
