okay so i got the Map sensor connected to the 5 way fitting and the bike runs good and the MIL light went away. but the line that was on the 5 way fitting was from the gas tank. So now I cant find out were it goes there is no more fittings is it suppose to just vent to atmosphere. here is a picture of it and the edited the diagram that you gave me so you can kind of get what I am looking at.

The line off the 5 way EVAP fitting is huge, on mine anyway. Is your bike a Cali bike?

Hard to tell by the pics, they are small.

On the bottom of the tank, other than fuel lines, you should have 2 hoses. The larger one is the drain tube from the area outside the fill hole. That one just runs out the bottom of the bike. The smaller one is for the internal vent. On Cali models, which is what I have, it goes to the EVAP can. On non-cali models I thought it just vented. I honestly don't know because I am surrounded by cali bikes.

The large hose from the 5 way, goes to my evap solenoid. I don't know if you have one or not.

just road it up the street and back and it feels a lot better thanks. now I just have to figure out why it stutters some times. I just got the bike a couple of weeks ago and there was alot of things wrongs. So I am going to start with a good tune up spark plugs, air filters, and a oil change. thanks again. oh yeah i forgot the valve that is in the intake box that is moved by the exhaust servo doesn't move, but it does move the exhaust side just not the intake side for some reason. So I took the valve out all together untill I can figure out why it isn't working.

The air box flapper can go, but the servo and the exhaust needs to stay. If you ever replace the exhaust and delete the HTEV, leave the servo connected with no cables on it.

Good luck. Let us now if you have any questions on the other stuff.

BTW, Changing the fuel filter inside the tank is not a bad idea when you have it all apart.
