Default JP's 2003 954rr

Hello! I'm new to these forums although I've been reading threads here couple of months now. I'm currently working on my bike so I tought I'll start this thread to post pictures about how its coming together for this riding season!

some mods I've done so far:

Full hindle exhaust + evolution titanium 16'' muffler
Powercommander III usb
1000rr '08 front fender
Flapper mod + Healtech servo eliminator
Driven block off plates
Bitubo steering damper
Different mirrors
Shorty levers
Puig crash protectors
Hotbodies undertail
(Front and rear fenders, seat cowl and air ducts is wrapped with some carbonlook vinyl)

This spring I have had my swingarm, rearsets, subframe and sidestand powdercoated to effect black color and rearshock was servised.

I also changed foot pegs from 1000rr. At the moment the front forks are being servised and they are getting new bitubo 0,9 springs.

Just ordered zero gravity DB screen smoke color and gilles shift holder. Has anyone installed that holder? I dont know if does anything to the shift feel (not that I have any problems) but I was already spending so I thought it wouldnt hurt

here is some pics :

Some pics about whats happening at the moment

My vision of bike stand

forks getting ready for service and spring change. I'm thinkin about painting them flat black and was thinking should I mask them with tape where the yokes clamp on to the tube? I'm sure someone has done this already, so is the paint too thick if I paint whole tube?

welcome! another new 954 in the forum! im so happy!
i have the shift holder on my 954 and i notice the difference but the mine is not from Gilles but from one guy to another forum that some years ago was building some parts for CBR 954..the front fender of the cbr 1000 it fit without any modifications? im planning to fit on my bike the radial feet of the cbr 1000, i found from cbr 1000rr 2009 my mechanic told me that need some modifications (and here where i am now i can't do it because i dont know where to go ahah) i was thinking for cbr 1000 04/07 the work with this it's more easy =)

Thanks! and thaks for the info about the shift holder.
2008 1000rr front fender fits without any major modification.. 4 mounting bolts line up perfect, only need to use bigger washers. I had to drill two little holes on top of the fender for the brake line holders and used bolts to hold them in place. I bought mine from ebay and its made in china, not oem, when I got the fender, it was little twisted and bent so I had to straighten it with heat gun. Not sure what you mean by that radial feet, but if you mean to change the bottom part of the 2009 forks to your 954 then I dont know if it can be done.. but 1000 04/07 forks should be direct swap, but then you need to use 04/07 front fender.
