Im out
well the 954 scene was fun while it lasted, however, a stupid **** pulled out in front of me. I went down. I am okay. The shop totalled 10000 dollars in damage in which the bike became a total loss. I probably will be stepping up to the 1000rr and metal studded gloves to beat the **** out of the next person that tries to hit me.

RE: Im out
That is pretty bad. Happened to a buddy of mine a few weeks ago. Truck pulled out in front of him so he ended up sliding around on the ground. By the time he got up the jerk was gone so he could not get the plate number or anything. Hopefully insurance is taking care of your accident!

o yes there is a police report and witnesses. And she tried to run. didnt get to far. the insurance will be cutting me a check for the fair cost of the bike tomorrow. I dont think I want to take less than 7500 dollars. Does anyone think I am asking too much or too little. Please justify so i can justify my offers to the insurance company.

demonchild, i am no stranger to accidents i realize you want your money and are probaly very anxious to recieve however insurance company's hold accounts payable to anyone involved in the accident that is not the policy holder. for example 2 februarys ago i was driving a ford explorer in sleet and snow in alaska slid into oncoming traffic and struck a few vehicles . my insurance company "progressive" cut my 2 passengers a check for 3500 dollars apiece as they went to the hospital. This was not for the hospital bill this was because they incurred concussions during the accident and the insurance company is liable for their health by insuring a ****ty driver(me) to drive. They made no mention of lawyers or court to the insurance company so this was kind of a suprise for them. If i was you i would get checked out at the hospital if you have (slight concussion, blurred vision, trouble pronouncing certain words. after the accident i couldnt pronounce snowmobile for a month it kept coming out snowmobild. however i never once misprounounced or slurred the word "corona". Hope this helps .
