i have just bought a 2002 cbr 954 and im wandering how much horspower i am pushing out i had a 2003 yamaha yzf r 600 i think i really made a good deal on increased horspower with my new bike if theres anybody that nows how much please send me a mess back thank you kdog

 

Honda claims 150+ but most dyno results show 131hp or so

 

Yeah, I have an 03' 954 with a power commander and I'm sitting at 134hp. Plenty for me. Accelerates fast enough to scare me and top end is over the 165 I have chickened out at.

 

i had a 2002 954.. slip on with K&N .. TUNED.. dyoed at 130 before tune and 137 hp tuned after, i loved the bike

 

honda specs show 154hp at the counter shaft,avg at the wheel is 130's
anybody correct me if i am wrong!!!

03 954, 2 bros slip on, 129.54 hp at the rear wheel.

 

I know its not a 954 but my 929 made 132hp at the wheel stock with a micron bolt on.

 

Art Pro Series II bolt-on and custom map, 137HP at the wheel.

 

the 150 plus is probably crank shaft hp, after drivetrain losses you come up with the 130-140 hp range. If your coming from a yamaha 600r your hp gain should be significant. I think those make like 85rwhp
