I got the insert that the bar end connects to but how do you connect the insert inside the bar.

Any help would be welcome.

Honda has a way of making even the simplest of things difficult.....Make sure the new bar ends are compatible with your model. If you notice the stock bar ends have a funky finish to the end of the piece (Internal). If the new bar ends dont have that do-hickey end to them. They wont seat in there properly. Most likely wont sit flush.

 

Ok I ordered an oem insert for the 954. I have the 2 rubber pieces and the clip. Do you just cram it in or is there a technique to it

 

Its like a key way. You will feel it line up.
