Whats a good price for a 03 black/red 954 with 10000 miles on it. The seller said (I have a CBR 954 RR for sale. In excellent condition. Extras include power command III, rear seat & cover, elimator kit, frame sliders, micron exhaust, puig double buble,clean title!!! Selling due to money for Med School... ) He wants 6800 for it dont you think thats to much. I mean I sold my 02 954 last year for 5200. What do you think is a good offer Im not giving hem no 6800 maybe 5800 to 6000. Need some input.

 

Blue book is $6,230 and i know extra's dont really add to much but he does have a few. You could offer him $6k cash and see what he says. I dont think his starting price is all that unreasonable though if its really clean. IMO selling yours for 5,200 was really low. I tinkered with selling mine, and i asked 7k and had a few lookers.

 

start low! can always go up but if u go to 6200 for example and he jumps on it.. you will always wonder how low you could have went.. plus i think that 6800 is way to high

 

I talked hem down to 6200. What do you guys think Ill post so pics going to see it tonight. if I talked hem down over the phone than maybe put some cash in his face he might take 6000.

 

i love the 954 as much as the next guy but anything over 6.. pay the extra and get a 06+ 1000rr my 02. cent

 

I think 6K also. I'dpay the 6, MIGHTeven go the 6.2K if it was really clean, perfect plastic, tire condition, etc.

 

i can get u a 2002 with 9876 miles for 4500...my friend in ramsey(jersey) is selling it really really good condition ( he does not know what he has)

 

Stunter411 I pm you. I would of never thought that the 954 was still selling over 6g's. Peoples asking price for the 954 is almost what I'm selling my 06 1000 for(8000). I found a 02 red with 3000 miles on it for 6500. I just kick myself in the a$$ for ever selling my 954 and mostly how much I let it go for. But I'm one of those people that always has bad luck an loses out on money.
