Default HELP! Electrical gurus, is it normal?

So my 954 drains itself dry of battery the past two days. I did a leak test and all. tested the R/R and found nothing. New battery.

Only thing that I found was the 3 yellow wires coming from the stator to the r/r had different voltage when the bike is running. The center wire is 15.3V, the two at the ends are output at 6.83V.

Are they suppose to be all the same at 14-15.5 volts? I had my fluke on battery when the bike is running and it reads 11.83V, I know that is a little low. Even with HIDs up front.

Do I need a new stator?

stator or relay rectifier...change them before it cooks your battery.
I have both in stock(used) and guarantee them to work.

Tested resistence on stator output wire and it is all within range. 0.3-0.4 ohms. Suspecting R/R...
