Default Headlight Gasket/Seal placement

Folks I need some help here. I had to replace both my headlight & front fairing. I bought some styrofoam to use as a gasket (seal) between the headlight and the fairing on my '02 954. I recall that the original headlight had a thin strip of grey styrofoam sealant around it's periphery, but I can't recall exactly where it was applied.

Anyone have a pic showing where I need to place this seal? Or can you describe the proper placement please?

Thanks.

find something like this

Duck Brand 1278750 Self Adhesive Foam Weatherstrip Seal for Extra Large Gaps, 3/4-Inch x 1/2-Inch x 10-Feet, 1 Roll - Amazon.com Duck Brand 1278750 Self Adhesive Foam Weatherstrip Seal for Extra Large Gaps, 3/4-Inch x 1/2-Inch x 10-Feet, 1 Roll - Amazon.com

and make you're own from the fairing side. it'll seal, it'll stop vibrations, it'll protect the headlight, etc.

just get creative. i looked on some part's fiches, didn't find an "oem" one for you, otherwise i would have suggested that

Thanks Conrice. I already have the sealant material and I tried looking on part fiches as well and saw no reference to it nor its placement. I did find this pic though
