Just a stupid question though. You said you had been following at 35mph and then went to pass as he slowed. Then you said you grabbed a ton of brake. How fast were you going that grabbing the brakes had couldn't get you almost stopped in that distance?

 

Mike, The vehicle had pulled completely off the road. He was on the shoulder. I slowed to make sure he was going to stop. I proceeded and he flipped the U-turn no more than 8-10 in front of me. You cover alot of ground traveling 30-35mph in 8-10 feet! Its basically a blink of the eye. I was also rolling on the throttle to get past. Combine my speed with his Jeep.
